Jasper's Choice is one of the UKs leading natural pet treat retailers and wholesalers, having grown significantly over the past couple of years. We are a family business of pet owners, with a genuine passion for what we do. We are currently taking new applications for trade accounts, via this website, and would be delighted to help grow your business with our products.
In order to qualify for a trade account and access our special trade prices, you need to be a Limited Company/Sole Trader/Partnership, and trading within the pet retail or related industry. When applying for a new trade account, we will require:
The name of your business/company.
Confirm if a UK registered limited company, a sole trader or a partnership.
Brief description of your business.
Your website address.
Your business address.
Your delivery address.
Any other relevant information to help us assess your application.
A telephone number and business email address so that we can contact you if necessary.
We welcome new start up businesses right through to established multi-chain businesses.
Delivery Costs :
Purchase over £100 of products and delivery is free for mainland UK.
Purchase over £150of products and delivery is free for non mainland UK (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland)
All order values below these amounts will be charged at the current stated website delivery price.
We use: Evri Delivery Sevice for your packages.
All new trade accounts require payment upon order. we are happy to offer trade credit terms once a business relationship has been established, depending on average monthly spend.
EXISTING TRADE CUSTOMERS:
For existing Trade Customers you can log into our portal and order the products you require, using the login details we've emailed to you. For trade customers with a credit account, we will not require payment from the site when ordering, instead the order will be processed as normal, and our accounting system will issue you with an electronic invoice, which will require payment within 30 days.
For trade customers who do not currently have a credit account payment will be required when ordering.
Process for completing an order
If we have provided you with a credit account, once your basket is full with the products you require, you can 'checkout' without having to pay in advance.
The order will then be submitted to us, and you will be invoiced as normal through your credit account. An invoice will be emailed through our Xero Accounting system. You will have 30 days to pay for this order. Please ensure you pay us ontime.
We reserve the right to remove credit facilities and trade pricing should payments not be received with 30 days. You will receive an electronic invoice with a link to make payment on the day the parcel is delivered. You will also receive a reminder 2 days before the invoice is due via email.

We reserve the right to remove trade accounts and /or trade pricing from any account that we find is not a registered business, limited company or sole trader within the pet retail or associated industry. We may periodically ask trade account customers to provide extra proof of their credentials.
